摘　　要： 本试验用不同的鸭肝炎病料 ,通过氯仿去脂和反透析法进行病毒的提纯浓缩 ,研究鸭肝炎的琼脂扩散试验。结果显示用抗原检测抗体或用抗体 (血清 )检测病毒病原 ,均可达到 80 %的阳性检出率。试验中还发现 ,试验最佳的凝胶配方为 p H为 7.2 ,w(Na Cl)为 8%和琼脂糖的质量分数为 1 % ,病雏鸭肝浓缩抗原最为理想。 In this test, antigen of DHV Ⅰwas derived from the livers of ducklings and duck embryos infected by DHV Ⅰ, after purifying the antigen by chloroform and silicon gel respectively, antibody of DHV Ⅰwas acquired by immune rabbit with oil adjacent DHV Ⅰ vaccine. The results showed the perfect conditions were ph7.2 and 8%NaCl (W/V) as well as antigen derived from the pathogenetic duckling livers.
