水稻粳型亲籼系亲和性的测定

摘  要: 通过研究建立了粳型亲籼系的检测方法和鉴定标准 ,以 6个籼型和 6个粳型品种作为亲和性测验种 ,凡与籼型测验种杂交 F1 的平均花粉育性达 85 %以上 ,且平均小穗育性达 80 %以上者 ,为亲籼系。利用测验种对 10个待测粳型亲籼系的亲和性进行了测定 ,结果表明 ,G2 4 16 - 3、G2 4 17- 2 - 1、G2 6 0 5和 G30 0 4 - 4与籼型测验种的亲和性高 ,达到或基本达到亲籼性的标准 ,其中 G2 4 16 - 3和 G2 4 17- 2 - 1与粳型测验种的亲和性低 ,为特异亲籼系 ,G2 6 0 5和 G30 0 4 - 4与粳型测验种的亲和性高 。 The indica compatible japonica line(ICJL), a kind of new rice germplasm, can produce fertile F 1 with indica and should be characterized by japonica genome. The test method and identification standard of the compatibility for ICJL were developed. Six indica varieties and six japonica varieties were suggested as testers. Crossed with six indica testers, the indica compatible lines should produce F 1 hybrids with an average pollen and spikelet fertility above 85% and 80%, respectively. The compatibility of ten candidate ICJLs were studied by using testers. It indicated that the compatibility with indica of four candidate ICJLs were found to be high enough to accord with the demand of indica compatible line. The ICJLs G2416 3 and G2417 2 1 were grouped into exceptionally indica compatible lines on their low japonica compatibility, while G2605 and G3004 4 were grouped into wide compatible lines on their high japonica compatibility.
