摘　　要： 结合股份制企业财务管理系统的理论和实践 ,分析了我国股份制商业银行的资本结构和融资决策机制 ;对于我国证券市场上银行上市这一热点问题 ,从完善整个现代股份制商业银行财务管理系统和融资决策的角度 ,进行了一些制度性思考。 Combined with the theory of joint-stock company financial management system and its practice,this thesis analyzes the financial structure and mechanism of Chinese joint-stock business banks. Besides, it gives some advice on how to perfect the financial management and decision system to the business that will issue their stocks publicly.
