摘　　要： 文化艺术事业的发展离不开大批知识、能力复合型的整体素质较高的人才 ,高校艺术教师不但为社会培养人才 ,他们还是文化艺术延续和发展的中介。是承接过去 ,开拓、创造未来的纽带与桥梁 ,因此加强高校艺术教师的建设与管理 。 The development of arts and culture needs a large number of highly qualified personnels with both knowledge and ability in this field. The arts teachers in colleges and universities are responsible not only for the cultivation of these personnels , but also for the continuity and prosperity of this cause. They serve as the bridge or the bond linking the past with the future of arts and culture. Therefore,it is of great importance to strengthen the construction and management of arts faculty teams in the circle of higher education.
