摘　　要： 利用CALPHAD技术全面评估了BaO SrO TiO2 ZrO2 体系中BaO SrO TiO2 三元子系统 ,提供了一系列的计算相图。在计算相图的指导下获得了制备性能优良的微波介电陶瓷材料的成分配比。 The BaO SrO TiO 2 system has been critically assessed. And a series of isothermal sections and vertical sections were calculated. Combined with the pervious calculated phase diagram of BaO TiO 2 ZrO 2 system, it was known that to obtain the excellent microwave dielectric properties, about 2.5 mol% SrO and 6 mol% ZrO 2 should be added to the BaO TiO 2 system.
