摘 要: 思维演练是发挥大脑的特点,利用语言、动作表象刺激相应肌肉运动,达到学习目的的一种新颖的教学方法。其作用是加快实现运动技能的形成,有利于学生自我控制动作。根据教学实际需要,在排球教学中运用思维演练的方法,通过教学的试验研究可取得较理想的效果。 Thinking - drill is a kind of teaching method that it takes advantage of brain, human language, action idea to stimulate corresponding muscle function. Its purpose is to accelerate the mastery of action skills and to contribute to the students self- control of performance. in accordance with the teaching demands, the author uses thinking -drill method in volleyball teaching and has gotten comparatively satisfactory resul ts in experimental research work.
