摘　　要： 调研珠三角32个公共图书馆业务外包的情况,分为外包基本情况、对外包的态度及外包的自主权,外包的业务以及外包的管理三部分。结果表明广州和深圳公共图书馆外包实践最为丰富,且种类最为多样,而东莞、珠海、肇庆次之,佛山、江门、惠州种类较少。物业管理、图书加工与上架是外包最多的业务。除广深外其余6市管理制度尚在起步。 This paper investigates 32 public libraries in the Pearl River Delta about the development of public libraries outsourcing,which includes the basic facts of outsourcing,public libraries' attitudes toward outsourcing,the right of independent decision-making,the operations or services that have been contracted out as well as the supervision of outsourcing.The results show that libraries in Guangzhou and Shenzhen provide most cases of outsourcing,and the outsourced operations or services are diverse.Libraries in Dongguan,Zhuhai and Zhaoqing provide fewer cases and outsourced operation or services while those in Foshan,Jiangmen and Huizhou provide fewest.Property Management as well as books processing and shelving are the most popular operations for outsourcing.The supervision system in 6 cities except Guangzhou and Shenzhen is in its infancy.
