摘 要: 采用薄层色谱扫描法和高效液相色谱法 ,测定表面活性剂分提猪油后的三种产品中胆固醇和胆固醇酯的含量。结果表明 :分提后的猪油中胆固醇含量降低了 2 5 %— 5 0 %。 By two analytical methods(TLC and HPLC),the contents of cholesterol and its ester in the products of fractionated lard through surfactant are determined.The results show that the contents are decreased 25%-50%.The veracity of the methods in compared.
