摘 要: 采用共沉淀法合成了 YAG:Ce3 + (Y3 Al5O12 :Ce3 + )光致发光荧光粉并测定了其激发光谱、发射光谱及粒度对发光强度的影响。结果表明 ,YAG:Ce3 + 荧光粉激发光谱为双峰结构 ,两主峰分别位于近紫外和可见光区 ,发射光谱为宽峰 ,峰值为 5 5 0 nm。X射线衍射 (XRD)分析表明该发光粉为纯 YAG晶相。 Yttrium aluminum garnet(YAG:Ce 3+ ),doped by cerium was synthesized by coprecipitation,and characterized by X-ray diffraction,excitation spectra and emission spectra.Its excitation spectra has two peaks.The major one at around 467nm,which matches the blue emission of InGaN LED very well.Its emission band is wide,from blue to red with emission peak at 550nm,which can combine the blue light of InGaN LED to yield bright white light.The luminescence properties of Y 3-x Ce xAl 5O 12 phosphors powder was also studied.
