摘　　要： 良好的师德是立师之本,新时期的高校思想政治理论教师应该遵循的师德规范主要包括:爱岗敬业、乐于奉献、诚实明理和严谨教学。师德修养是个长期的过程,要讲究一定的方法才可以事半功倍,比较有效的师德修养办法包括掌握道德知识、锻炼道德意志、积善成德和省身躬行。 Good virtue is made basic division of the teachers.New period of ideological and political theory teachers should follow the ethics norms of mainly includes:love their work,dedicated,honest understanding and rigorous teaching.Ethics is a long-term process,should pay attention to certain method can multiplier,more effective measures as the master of ethics moral knowledge,exercise moral will,accumulate goodness to goo virtue and self-communion on acts.
