摘　　要： 以"服务外包"为特征的新一轮国际产业转移正在兴起,多年来,印度服务外包业发展迅速,一直处于全球领先地位。尽管中国的服务外包产业近几年取得了很大的成就,但与印度相比差距还是很大。本文希望通过比较分析中印两国发展服务外包的发展,从而对中国发展服务外包提出一些对策和建议,使中国趋利避害,努力承接国际服务外包。 To 'service outsourcing' as the characteristics of the new round of international industrial transfer are emerging,over the years,India's rapid development of service outsourcing industry has been is a global leader.Although China's service outsourcing industry in recent years has made great achievements,but the gap is still very large compared to India.In this paper,a comparative analysis of hope that China and India to develop service outsourcing development,and thus the development of service outsourcing in China put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to make profit and avoid loss of China,efforts to take the international service outsourcing.
