摘 要: 通过正交试验对电火花线切割的4个电参数(脉冲放电时间、脉冲间隙时间、峰值电流和间隙电压)对两个试验指标(表面粗糙度和材料去除率)的影响进行优化设计,采用田口法得出各个因素对试验指标的影响程度。并采用加权平均法对试验结果进行处理,转化为单目标进行计算。结果表明,脉冲放电时间10μs、脉冲间隙时间30μs、峰值电流2 A和间隙电压2 V为最佳的试验方案。 Through orthogonal test,the influence of four electrical parameters(pulse on time,pulse off time,peak current and gap voltage) on the two process parameters of WEDM was optimized.Using the Taguchi method,the influence degree of each factor on the test index is obtained.And the test results is processed by the weighted average method,and converted to a single target.The results show that the best test scheme is:pulse on time is 10 μs,pulse off time is 30 μs,peak current is 2A and gap voltage is 2V.
