摘　　要： 以广州中医药大学为例,探讨中医临床原始创新人才培养教学改革示范体系建设过程中,将理论教学、临床教学和科研教学有机结合,确立教医研三位一体新模式的重要意义,对临床联合培养基地建设和综合考核制度创新的保证作用进行了阐述,总结出实施经典回归临床的案例教学、PBL教学法和国内外名家定期讲座制度对中医临床原始创新人才培养的重要价值。 Taking Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine as an example, theoretical teaching, clin- ical teaching and scientific research teaching were combined in the process of the construction of teach- ing reform demonstration system of talents cultivation of original innovation in TCM Clinic, which is of great significance in building a new trinity model of teaching, medical work and research. The pa- per also expounded the guarantee function of the construction of clinical combined training and the in- novation of comprehensive assessment system, and summarized the importance of the case teaching implementation of the classic regression to clinic, PBL teaching method and the regular lectures sys- tem of famous Chinese and foreign experts, showing great value in talents cultivation of original inno- vation in TCM Clinic.
