摘 要: 文章结合Spencer-Oatey关系管理模式中社交权和义务的相关理论,选取《人民日报》有关"天津港爆炸事故"中消防官兵牺牲的微博报道以及网民对此的评论为语料,分析评论中网民对官方微博报道体现的趋同及趋异情感的语言表现,并探讨评论者和《人民日报》之间情感协商的过程。研究表明,评论者就社交权和义务的管理与官方微博进行协商,从而构建自己趋同或趋异的情感取向。 The author draws on data from comments regarding the message released by official microblog "People's Daily" ,intending to analyze linguistic representatives of emotional orientations reflected in com- mentary section towards the official microblog report, namely, convergent and divergent emotions. From the perspective of rapport management, particularly the management of social rights and obligation, this paper in- vestigates the process of emotional negotiation between readers and official message producers. It reveals that readers will conduct negotiations with "People's Daily" in terms of social rights and obligations, and thereby they can build their convergent and divergent emotions.
