摘　　要： 学校体育是提高国民身体素质的重要途径,但是体育活动中存在风险,容易发生伤害事故,这无疑会影响学校体育的普及与有效运行.保险是应对学校体育风险的重要手段.本文通过分析我国学校体育保险现状,指出其在我国发展缓慢的原因在于供求双方缺乏参与学校体育保险的激励.经过可行性分析,本文提出我国应建立政策性学校体育保险,并从政府投入、保险运行和监督管理三个方面对其进行了设计. School sports is an important way for improving national people＇ s physical fitness, h is dangerous, however, and prone to in- jury. This will undoubtedly prevent school sports from popularizing and effective operating. Insurance is an important measure to cope with the sports risk. The author analyzes the status quo of the school sports insurance in China, and points out that the reason for the slow development of insurance is that the supply and demand have no excitation to take part in school sports insurance. Through feasi- bility study, the author proposes that China should construct policy school sports insurance and designs it from three aspects as govern- ment investment, insurance operation, and supervision.
