防水型聚合物乳液的合成及其在织物整理应用

摘  要: 采用乳液聚合法合成得到了4种防水型聚合物乳液,利用红外、透射电镜、动态光散射和凝胶色谱对其结构和聚合物乳液特性进行了分析和表征。利用防水型聚合物乳液整理后的织物,通过接触角测定和耐水性测试对其进行了性能的对比测试分析,研究结果表明:乳液具有核壳结构及粒径和分子量分布均一,有机氟和乙烯基硅油改性的丙烯酸聚合物乳液具有较好的耐水性能。 Four kinds of water repellent acrylic copolymer emulsions were synthesized by emulsion polymerization. Chemical composition and properties of the emulsions were investigated by fourier transform infrared, transmission electron microscopy,dynamic light scattering, gel permeation chromatography. Cotton fabrics were finished by as-prepared emul- sions,and their water-repellent properties were further tested by water contact angle measurement and water-repellent measurement. The results showed that the latex particles were spherical and with core-shell structure, and had also good particle size and molecular mass distribution. It was found that E 3 and E-4 (fluorine and siloxane-eontaining,respectively) finished cotton fabrics had good water-repellent properties.
