摘　　要： 从社会学、人口学视角探讨北京市户籍居民的体力活动时间现状以及影响因素.研究使用问卷调查法对北京市16～70岁的户籍居民整群分层,随机进行入户问卷调查,获取了3 304个样本数据,进而采用单因素方差分析和OLS回归分析模型分析不同性别、年龄、学历、家庭、婚姻类型、职业、工作类型、地域、收入居民的体力活动时间现状,及其各变量对体力活动时间的影响.研究结果：（1）不同因素对北京市居民体力活动时间有显著性作用,年龄对体力活动时间的影响最大,随后依次是工作类型、社区类型、收入、学历、婚姻.（2）年龄变化是引起体力活动时间变化的重要原因,但不同职业、学历、居住区域、工作类型、收入水平居民的体力活动时间受年龄影响的程度和趋势不同.建议：在对居民体力活动时间不足的干预中应根据不同群体进行区别对待,活动类型上应以增加体育活动时间为主. This study, from the perspective of sociology, discussed the status of physical activity time and the influencing factors of the residents in Beijing. We used the questionnaire to investigate Beijing residents from 16 to 70 year old stratified, random household survey, and obtained the data from 3304 sam- ple, and then using the single factor analysis of variance and OLS regression model to analyze the time spending in physical, activity and different gender, age, education, family, marriage, occupation, type of job, location and income. The results showed that： （I） Different factors have significant effect on Bei- jing city residents physical activity time, the impact of age on physical activity time is the largest, followed by the type of job, community type, income, edu- cation, marriage, （2） The age of change is an important cause of physical activity time, different degree and trend but different occupation, education, living area, type of job, the income level of residents affected by age and the duration of physical activity. Recommendation： in the time of physical activity of resi- dents in the intervention should be treated differently according to different groups, activities should be based on the type of activity to increase the time of sports activities.
