摘　　要： 文化安全作为国际多元文化族群健康照顾领域的一个重要概念和工作策略,积极回应了原住民族在健康照顾方面对文化归属和安全感的需求。从文化安全视角出发,加拿大卫生部构建了原住民族老年人健康照顾行动框架,对改善原住民族老年人的健康状况起到了积极作用。加拿大的成功经验为我国少数民族地区老年人健康照顾提供了有益借鉴与启示。 As an important concept and work strategy in international aboriginal health care field, cultural safety has responded positively to the needs of cultural belongingness and security of the aboriginal elderly. From the perspective of cultural safety, the Health Ministry of Canada has constructed the operational framework of health care for aboriginal people.It has a positive effect on improving the health status of the aboriginal elderly. The Canadian government adopts the cultural safety strategy and creates a successful experience with a very good reference to the health care and rehabilitation of older persons in minority nationalities regions in China.
