摘 要: 职业教育体系构建的自组织逻辑能够催生各相关利益主体的内生叠加效应和活力,是构建现代职业教育体系在逻辑层面的理性选择。基于系统科学和自组织理论,以要素解读搜寻职业教育自组织的生成元,以结构透视梳理职业教育自组织内部的复杂关系,以功能解析彰显职业教育自组织的无限潜能,期许能为现代职业教育体系的构建提供崭新的理论视野。 Vocational education system structure of self-organization logic can gave birth to the stakeholders of the students superimposed effect and vitality, which is a rational choice of building modern vocational education system at the logical level. Based on system science and self-organization theory, with elements of interpretation search vocational education self-organizing generators, to structure perspective combing vocational education from the inside of the organization the complex relationship, demonstrating the vocational education self-organization of unlimited potential to functional analysis, expect to provide a new theoretical vision for building a modern vocational education system.
