摘　　要： 构建以自主创新能力为核心的大学生科技训练体系是一项系统性的教育工程。提出具有创新精神的大学生科技训练体系的构建理念,建立自主、开放型科技创新实践基地,添置丰富的机器人教育设备,完善大学生科技能力的训练及培养过程,加强学生科技协会和指导教师团队建设,形成"基础工程、专项强化、综合训练、自主创新"的多阶段、阶梯式训练体系。学生在全国性学生科技竞赛、创新创业方面有卓越表现,体系建设取得很好成效。 Constructing the system of technology training for undergraduates with the core of independent innovation ability is a project of systematic education.The idea of system construction is proposed, independent and open technology inncvation base is built and meanwhile a variety of educational robot devices are possessed,the procedure of ability training and cultivation is improved,undergraduate technology association and guiding teacher team are both enhanced, and then the training system which consists of multiple steps and grades of ＂basic engineering,special training,integrated practice and independent innovation＂ is formed.Excellent progress in series of national technology competition and innovation and undertaking are made by undergraduates.It is proved that thesystemhas a considerable effect.
