摘　　要： 新媒体不仅改变了人们的生活、交往方式,也影响了高校师生的世界观与价值观。高职院校要利用新媒体信息传播优势,发挥新媒体对宣传落实章程与校园文化建设的作用,从理念、手段、表达、机制等方面进行有效创新。在落实章程中强化校园文化建设,在创新校园文化建设中促进章程的落实执行,促使两者良性互动,增强办学竞争力。 New media not only changes people＇s life and communication way, also affects university teachers and students view and val- ues. Higher vocational colleges should take advantage of new media information dissemination, attaches great importance to the new media to promote to carry out the articles of association and the role of campus culture construction, from aspects of con- cept, means, expression, and mechanism for effective innovation. It is important to strengthen the construction of campus culture in the implementation of articles of association, innovation in the construction of campus culture to promote the implementation of articles of association, the benign interaction, and enhance competitiveness.
