摘　　要： 新型城镇化战略的不断推进对新时期的村庄布局优化提出了新要求。本文重点梳理了我国村庄布局优化在政策背景、影响因素、空间结构和研究工具四个维度的演变特征,通过文献研究发现,政策背景对村庄布局优化具有重要影响,影响因素、空间结构和研究工具的演变特征均与政策背景的演变密切相关,将政策背景演变与我国改革开放以来的城镇化进程相结合,其演变路径可划分为三大阶段,共五个时期。最后,基于村庄布局优化的演变特征和新型城镇化的要求,认为村庄布局优化的研究视角应注重村民意愿等社会经济因素的影响;研究对象宜重点关注"城镇带动型村庄"和"中心村带动型村庄"两大类型;研究方法则需基于地理学和规划学方法,并转向与系统科学和行为科学的综合方法体系。 The further development of the New Urbanization brings new requirements to the optimal path of village distribution. This paper focuses on the evolution of four dimensions in the optimal distribution of China＇s villages： policy background, impact factors, spatial structure and research tools. However, we combine the evolution of policy background with China＇s urbanization process since the Reform and Opening-up in 1978, and we divide the evolution into three stages with five periods. With the literature research, we find that the policy background has important impact on China＇s village optimal distribution, while the evaluation of impact factors, spatial structure and research tools are bound up with the evaluation of policy background. Finally, together with the requirements in the New Urbanization, we propose that the research lens in village optimal distribution should turn to the social and economic facts, especially the villager wishes, and the research object should focus on villages in two categories, Urban Driven and Central-village Driven, and also the method needs to include system science and behavior science to form the synthetic method system.
