摘 要: 面向电子制造生产线的自动化过程检测,设计开发自动视觉测量系统,提取生产线上待检测电子器件的图像特征,以监控电子制造工艺流程质量。以电子元器件卡槽测量为例进行测试,试验结果表明了自动光学测量的有效性,为优化电子制造过程提供了技术支撑。 For automatic process inspection of electronic manufacturing lines,an automatic vision measurement system was developed.Image features of electronic components to be measured on the manufacturing line were extracted to monitor the process quality of the electronic manufacturing.A measurement case for an electronic card house was taken as an example.Experimental result shows the effectiveness of the automatic optical measurement system.The proposed system is capable of providing technical supports for the electronic manufacturing industry.
