摘 要: 围绕小浪底水库调度问题,从优化水沙组合、支流库容充分利用、减缓水库淤积等方面对水库淤积形态进行了优选,提出了可长期保持该优选形态的水库调控技术与方式,并科学地评价了水库调控优化方式对库区及下游河床冲淤的影响效果。20 a设计水沙系列数学模型计算与物理模型试验结果表明:与基础方案相比,优化方案可使小浪底水库减少淤积量10.2亿~12.7亿m3,入海沙量增加6.7亿t,在延长水库拦沙库容使用年限、增大入海沙量等方面效果较优。 The paper was intended to a) determine the best deposition morphology with respect to optimization of released flow and sediment processes,good use of storage within the tributaries and reducing rate of deposition; b) establish the rules for reservoir regulation to maintain the form for long-term and; c) assess the effects of the regulation upon the sedimentation in the reservoir and the downstream reaches. The results from the numerical and physical models with a 20 a feeding processes show that compared with the reference scheme,the optimal scheme will reduce sedimentation in the Xiaolangdi Reservoir by 1. 02- 1. 27 billion m3,and increase the sediment load into the sea by 0.67 billion t,so yielding better performance in expanding the period for sediment trapping and increasing the sediment load into the sea.
