摘 要: 以苯硼酸(PBA)为识别元素,合成了含茜素红(ARS)的葡萄糖敏感水凝胶ARS-P(AAPBA-DMAA-AM),通过IR和SEM表征了其组成和结构,考察了水凝胶对葡萄糖的响应性能。结果表明,含ARS水凝胶的溶胀度随着葡萄糖浓度的增加不断增大,在生理条件下ARS-P(AAPBA-DMAA-AM)与不含ARS的水凝胶P(AAPBA-DMAA-AM)相比,响应时间缩短了50%。ARS的加入提高了水凝胶对葡萄糖的响应性。 The ARS-containing glucose-sensitive ARS-P(AAPBA-DMAA-AM) hydrogel was synthesized with phenylboronic acid as recognition element, and characterized by means of IR, and SEM. Under the conditions of different glucose concentrations, the response properties of ARS-P (AAPBA-DMAA-AM) hydrogel towards glucose were studied. The results showed the swelling degree of the ARS-P(AAPBA-DMAA-AM) hydrogel in- creased with the increase of the glucose concentrations. Compared with P(AAPBA-DMAA-AM) hydrogel, the response time of ARS-P(AAPBA-DMAA-AM) hydrogel to concentration of glucose decreased by about 50%. ARS increased the sensitivity of the hydrogels towards glucose at the physiological pH.
