摘 要: 为了科学地评价充电站的运营服务,在综合考虑电动汽车充电站运营的各种影响因素基础上,从充电站运行状况、充电站用户、对电网和交通的影响3个方面,提出了包括15个评价指标的电动汽车充电站运营评价指标体系。然后,建立了基于熵权法和灰色关联分析的综合评价模型,确定了各评价指标的熵权以及各评价对象的关联度排序。最后,对北京市来自不同运营商的5个具有代表性的电动汽车充电站进行实证研究。结果表明,所提出的电动汽车充电站运营评价指标体系和评价模型具有良好的实用性和可行性。 In order to scientifically evaluate operation service of charging stations,the paper comprehensively considers the influencing factors on EV charging stations operation to propose the evaluating index system including 15 evaluation indexes in terms of charging station operation status,charging station consumers and the surrounding environment. Then,based on the index system,a comprehensive evaluation model based on entropy weight method and grey relational analysis is established. The evaluation index entropy weight and the correlation degree of each evaluation object are determined. Finally,five representative EV charging stations coming from different charging station operators in Beijing is applied in the case study. The results show that the evaluation index system and the evaluation model are of good practicability and feasibility.
