摘　　要： 随着改革的不断深化,中国城镇化发展不仅仅只是速度的增长,其中城镇化发展的质量与可持续性也是同等重要。本文以中国城市群为载体,利用多层次因素分析法和聚类分析法,将城镇化发展水平分为经济发展、人口发展、社会发展、基础设施和资源环境五个方面的指标进行评估,最终得到城市群的城镇化发展综合水平得分,并对其排名。最后根据评估结果对城市群做出相关指标分析,并提出针对性的政策建议,为中国城镇化发展提供参考。 With the deepening of reform, China＇s urbanization is not just about the growth rate, the quality and the sustainability of urbanization are equally important. Taking China＇s urban agglomerations as the carrier, using factor analysis and cluster analysis, the paper divides urbanization development level into economic development, population development, social development, infrastructure development and environment development, and it finally ranks the comprehensive urbanization development level. According to the evaluation results related to urban agglomerations, we put forward corresponding policy recommendations, and provide reference for the development of China＇ s urbanization.
