摘 要: 以某厂液压压砖机作为研究对象,搭建其液压系统的仿真模型,借助C-MEXS函数编写具有等同于PLC控制功能的程序语句;改进了中框液压回路,联合仿真得出系统的压力位移曲线,论证了改进的合理性和优越性。 Taking a brick machine in a certain factory as the research object,a complete simulation model was built. By means of C-MEXS functions,the program equivalent to PLC control was written and connected to the simulation model. The hydraulic circuit was improved. The pressure and displacement curves were obtained through co-simulation,which demonstrated the rationality and superiority of the improved system.
