摘　　要： 国内关于酒店环境行为的研究主要侧重于酒店环境行为的内涵探讨和影响因素等方面,有关酒店环境行为与绩效关系的实证研究十分缺乏。文章在对酒店企业环境行为现状和文献梳理的基础上,系统分析酒店企业环境行为前因和结果变量,构建"相关影响因素-酒店环境行为-酒店绩效"的研究模型,采用实证研究的方法,探讨三者的作用机理,并重点分析酒店环境行为对酒店绩效的影响。研究表明,酒店环境行为存在着规制和激励两种影响因素,激励性因素与酒店环境行为相关性更大;酒店环境行为对酒店绩效具有正向影响,其中,酒店环境行为对酒店人力绩效和市场绩效的影响相对较高,对财务绩效的影响相对较小;酒店应进一步营造绿色环保氛围,加强推广节能环保技术,通过酒店环境行为推进酒店价值的全面提升。 Domestic research on the hoteFs environmental behavior mainly focuses on its connotation and its influential fac-ors ,but studies on the relationship between environmental behavior and performance of the hotel are rare. Based on the analysis of urrent hotel’s environmental behavior situation,existed literature and theory,this paper mainly studies the environmental behavior f hotel enterprises, constructs influence factors, environmental behavior, corporate performance into one frame model, with the method of questionnaire survey, researches the relationship among the three ones, and focuses on the analysis of the hoteFs environ-mental behavior impact on corporate performance. The study shows that both regulation and incentive factors influence hoteFs envi-onmental behavior, and incentive factors play a more important role. Hotel’s environmental behavior has a positive impact on the otel performance, the influence on hotel human performance and market performance is relatively strong, the impact on the finanial performance is relatively less. In the future, hotels should create a green atmosphere, strengthen promoting the energy saving nd environmental protection technology, and improve the hotel value through hotel’s environmental behavior.
