摘 要: 参考国家标准GB 9683-88和GB/T 5009.60-2003,采用模拟溶媒溶出试验法,对某高级技工学校周边随机抽取的4家小吃店铺的一次性食品塑料袋中的蒸发残渣、高锰酸钾消耗量和重金属铅含量等进行测定,同时用火焰原子吸收分光光度法对铅含量做定量比对。结果显示:全部样品的蒸发残渣、高锰酸钾消耗量都低于参考值,符合国家卫生标准。2家店铺的塑料袋符合国标中重金属铅含量标准;另外2家店铺的样品不符合,原子吸收法测得铅含量均超过1mg/L。说明如果长时间存放达到一定温度的含油含酸食品,塑料袋中的铅可能析出并向食品迁移,危害人体健康。学校周边的一次性食品塑料袋存在一定安全隐患,应尽量避免或减少使用塑料袋存放食物。 The content of evaporation residue,potassium permanganate consumption and heavy metal( in terms of Pb) in disposable food contact plastic bags were investigated in Chaozhou. The samples were randomly collected from roadside stands near a technician school and analyzed according to GB 9683- 88 and GB / T 5009. 60- 2003 to evaluate the status of the contamination. In order to test the accuracy of the colorimetric method,the content of lead was also determined by atomic absorption spectrometry( AAS). The results showed that the content of evaporation residue and potassium permanganate consumption in all samples were lower proposed values which meet the requirements of China National Standard GB 9683- 88.Only two roadside stands' samples were approved to national standard in terms of lead,the others were not up to the standard and seriously exceeded the allowed figure. If hot food containing oil or vinegar filled with this kind of plastic bags for a long time,plastic harmful ingredients will be dissolved into food,harm to people'health. Long- term consumption of disposable food contact plastic bags near school is easy to cause poisoning and bring high safety trouble to human lives; we should avoid or reduce the use of plastic bags.
