摘　　要： 选择适当的区域发展模式,是促进区域可持续发展的必然要求,建立知识库是新时期区域发展模式选择的重要支撑和实现手段。因此,在阐释区域发展模式内涵和特性的基础上,对区域发展模式知识库进行了定义和顶层设计,随后详细分析了知识库体系中数据库、模拟库和决策库的基本组成和运行原理,最后提出了基于知识库决策系统的区域发展最优模式的比选思路,为深化认识区域发展模式及构建知识库提供了理论依据和思路借鉴。 It is an inevitable requirement to promote regional sustainable development by selecting the appropriate regional development model. The establishment of knowledge base is the choice of regional development mode in the new period of the society of knowledge economy. Knowledge base of regional development mode is defined and designed based on the interpretation of the connotation and characteristics of regional development model. This paper analyses the basic composition and operation principle of database, simulation database and solution bank, which are the three main part of knowledge base of regional development model. Finally, selected ideas of regional development optimal model was put tbrward based on the system of knowledge base decisions, which can provide a reference to choose regional development model and the establishment of knowledge base.
