摘 要: 粉煤灰中的莫来石是从粉煤灰中提取铝镓的主要来源,是一种反应活性很低的物质,直接浸取法得到的铝镓的含量很低。为了从高铝粉煤灰中浸取较高含量的镓,以碳酸钠和氯化钠为助剂煅烧活化粉煤灰,采用酸浸法对活化后的粉煤灰进行处理,得到含镓的浸取液。研究了氯化钠质量分数、煅烧温度和煅烧时间对镓浸出效果的影响。采用X射线衍射(XRD)表征了加入氯化钠前后粉煤灰活化产物的物相组成,用ICP测定浸取液中镓的质量分数。实验结果表明:温度为800℃,煅烧时间为120 min,氯化钠质量为粉煤灰碳酸钠质量的8%时,浸取出的镓的质量分数为56.10 g/t,说明此时粉煤灰的活化效果较好。 The mullite,which is a substance with low reactivity,is the main source of aluminum and gallium in coal fly ash. The direct leaching method can not attain the goal of high content of Ga. The Na Cl and Na_2CO_3 were taken as accessory ingredient during calcination process for activating fly ash. And then the acid leaching of gallium from activated fly ash was studied. The effect of different calcination conditions( mass of Na Cl,calcination temperature and calcination time) on the leaching content of gallium was investigated. The phase composition of fly ash and the samples obtained before and after adding Na Cl was characterized by XRD and the content of the gallium in the leaching solution was determined by ICP. The results show that the leaching content of gallium can reach to 56. 10 g/t under a defined leaching terms with calcination temperature of 800 ℃,the calcination time is 120 min,the content of Na Cl is 8%,the fly ash activation effect is better.
