摘　　要： 笔者从教育体系不平等的视角出发,研究精英主义教育体系对中国社会流动性的影响。实证分析表明:精英主义教育体系放大了家庭背景导致的教育不平等,降低了社会流动性;中国教育精英主义导向对低收入阶层的冲击更大,使其子女更难以脱离"贫困的陷阱";在教育、健康、社会网络和文化资本这四条主要的代际收入流动渠道中,教育的影响最大,精英主义教育体系强化了教育和社会网络这两条代际收入流动渠道的影响,而对健康和文化资本的影响较弱。为提高社会流动性,政府需要加强早期教育的公平性,弱化中等、初等教育的精英主义,保障学校选拔过程公平公正。 This paper analyzes the effects of China＇s Elitism education system on social mobility and arrived at the following main conclusions： the Elitism education system reduced China＇s social mobility; the influences of Elitism education system on poor families are heavier than that on relatively richer families; education explains13% of China＇s inter-generational income correlation; education and social network are two channels of inter-generational mobility,which are more important than health and culture. In order to improve the social mobility of China,Chinese government has to focus on the early-stage education,the reduction of Elitism in elementary and middle school education,and the fairness in school enrollment.
