摘 要: 燃煤锅炉脱硝系统,烟气中灰分的杂质会严重影响脱硝催化剂的使用寿命。基于我国燃煤灰分杂质的主要组成和特点,介绍了脱硝催化剂的催化机理,针对飞灰堵塞、飞灰对催化剂的遮蔽沾污、碱金属中毒、催化剂烧结及飞灰冲蚀等因素对脱硝催化剂的影响,提出了相应的解决措施,可为延长催化剂寿命提供理论指导。 Ash impurities in flue gas have brought great damage to the operation of the denitrification catalyst and affected catalyst lifetime seriously in SCR system of coal fired boiler plant. Based on the main composition and characteristics of coal ash impurities in China, some measures are proposed accordingly by the study of catalysis mechanism, with respect to the denitrification catalyst impact from such factors as fly ash plugging, blocking and contamination of fly ash on catalyst, alkaline metal poisoning, catalyst sintering, fly ash erosion, etc. They can be theoretical direction for extending the life of the catalyst.
