基于预应力衰减的桁架锚索联合支护技术

摘  要: 为了研究大断面煤巷在桁架锚索作用下锚固区的受力情况,建立力学模型分析了预应力衰减对锚固区中性轴位置的影响,得出桁架锚索支护条件下顶板岩梁内中性轴的分布规律;同时,采用FLAC数值模拟软件对新元煤矿西三中间巷三种不同支护效果进行计算,得出桁架锚索支护具有明显优越性。结果表明,水平预应力F随着桁架锚索与锚索水平弯曲点距离x的增大而逐渐衰减。同时,与普通锚杆索支护相比,预应力桁架锚索联合支护的中性轴下移,引起拉应力区的范围减小,煤巷顶板下沉量和两帮移近量也相应的减小8%。 To study the forces in anchorage zone of the large-section coal roadway under the effect of truss-cable compound support,a mechanical model is established to analyze the pre-stress attenuation effect on the position of the neutral axis in anchorage zone,obtaining the neutral axis distribution in roof rock beam under truss-cable support. FLAC is applied to analyze the effect of three different support technology,and truss- cable support shows obvious advantages.The results show that, the horizontal pre- stress F gradually decreases when the distance between truss- cable and anchorage point x increases. Compared with ordinary bolt-cable support,the neutral axis of support system with pre-stress compound truss cable support moves down,the scope of the tension zone decreases,and the roof displacement and twoside convergence reduced about 8%.
