摘 要: 针对两种不同几何形状燃烧室,对柴油机燃烧过程进行数值仿真计算,得到了不同几何形状燃烧室的污染物排放情况,用以研究燃烧室形状对排放特性的影响。得到了柴油机燃烧过程中排放生成物NOx、Soot、HC、CO随时间历程的生成规律和空间生成位置,数值仿真还包括了燃烧室温度场、压力场等瞬态结果,弥补了实验过程中无法提供三维可视场结果的缺陷。 For two different geometry combustion chamber of diesel engine,the numerical simulation was carried out for the combustion process by CFD. The emissions of two different geometry combustion chamber were calculated in order to study the effects of combustion chamber geometry on the emission characteristics. The results of the diesel engine combustion process,NOx,Soot,HC,CO emission with the time course of generation rules and space generation position were described. Numerical simulation analysis also included the combustion chamber temperature field,pressure field and transient results. The research makes up the shortcoming that the experiment cannot provide three-dimensional visual field results of defects.
