摘 要: 为明确10%异噁草松·异丙甲草胺·扑草净颗粒剂对藕田杂草的防除效果及其安全性,采用随机区组设计进行田间药效试验。结果表明,药后30 d试验药剂各浓度处理对杂草的综合株防效均在90%以上,鲜重防效85%以上。药后30 d试验药剂各浓度处理对莲藕立叶的叶柄直径、最大叶宽和叶片数的影响与人工除草对照区的差异均不显著。表明10%异噁草松·异丙甲草胺·扑草净颗粒剂能够有效防除莲藕田主要杂草并且安全。 To pinpoint the control effect of 10% clomazone-metolachlo-prometryne on the weeds in lotus root field and its safety to lotus root, the field trials were performed using randomized block design. The experimental data indicated that the integrated control effect of each of different concentration of tested herbicides on the weeds was above 90% while the control effect of fresh weight was above 85% 30 days after treatment. Meanwhile, compared with manual weeding, all tested treat- ments had no significant difference in the petiole diameter of standing leaves, maximum leaf width and the number of leaves 30 clays after treatment. The results suggested that 10% clomazone-metolaehlo-prometryne was able to control effectively the main weeds in lotus root field and was safe to lotus root.
