摘 要: 开展新疆枸杞农药残留及重金属污染物风险评估研究,为枸杞消费、农药残留监管和重金属污染水平修订提供科学依据,并提出相应的预防措施。对采自主产区的25个枸杞样品进行农药残留及重金属检测,检测的34种农药中有12种农药被检出残留,检测的25个样品中有12个样品被检出农药残留,汞、砷、铅、镉均未超过国家相关标准最大允许限量值,明确砷、铅、镉为重点防控因子。 Risk assessment of pesticide residues and heavymetal pollution in wolfberry of Xinjiang will provide a scientific basis for wolfberry consumption, wolfberry pesticide residue supervision, finally to propose the control measures to manage the risk. Residues of 34 pesticides and heavymetal in 25 wol/berry samples from main producing areas in China are detected. 35.2% of pesticides (12/34) and 48.0% wolfberry samples, Hg in the wolfberry are non-detectable, the residues of As, Pb, Cd are all below the maximum residue limit requirement of the national stantard, As, Pb, Cd were the main heavy metal pollution factor which needed our intensive monitoring in the future.
