摘　　要： 历史文化街区的改造更新的动力主要来源于城市经济发展水平以及市场发展需求。胜利街受限于城市整体发展水平,更新改造涉及街区整体风貌的延续、历史建筑的修复、拆除搬迁等复杂问题,历史文化街区的保护更新一直处于停滞状态,保护仅限于控制建设层面。针对胜利街的实际情况,通过现场调研、问卷调查以及成功案例的借鉴对比分析,提出了重要保护、选择性保留和适应性调整3类元素,分别进行不同程度的保护更新。通过对建筑进行多元的综合评价,得出详细的建筑等级划分,分别提出不同的更新策略,同时对街巷格局、街区功能调整、风貌控制和道路交通组织等也提出了相应的保护更新策略。 The power of the transformation and renewal of historical and cultural blocks mainly comes from the level of urban economic and the demands of market.Shengli Street is limited by the economic level of the city,the renewal and transformation contain many complex issues,such as continuity style of the block,the restoration of historic buildings,the removal and relocation,the protection and updates expect for control of the construction.According to the actual situation of Shengli Street,relevant research is given,the field survey,the questionnaire survey as well as the successful case analysis are carried out,the important protection,the selective retention and the adaptive of the elements are put forward for the protection of different levels of update.Though the multi-element evaluation of the buildings,the detailed classification of the buildings is obtained,different update strategies are proposed separately for the pattern of streets and alleys,the block adjustment function,the style control and the traffic organization.
