活性粉末混凝土的配合比设计及试验验证

摘  要: 结合全计算法与绝对体积法,引入高强度混凝土水胶比的算法,进行了活性粉末混凝土(RPC)配合比的计算,得出设计强度等级RPC100与RPC120的配合比并进行了试验验证。采用天然河砂取代传统的石英砂,制备出满足强度要求的RPC。测试了RPC的28、56 d抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度,分析了养护龄期、养护条件、钢纤维体积率(V_f)对强度的影响,利用MATLAB软件对试验实测数据进行拟合,得出了钢纤维增强效应的表达式。结果表明:V_f在0~3%之间时,RPC强度随着Vf的增大而提高,其中以劈裂抗拉强度提高最显著。V_f在0~2%时,劈裂抗拉强度提高较快,超过2%后增幅变缓。 The mix proportion of reactive powder concrete (RPC) is calculated by Combining with the calculation method, absolute vol- ume method and introducing a water binder ratio method of high strength concrete, the design intensity level of RPC100 and RPC120 of RPC are obtained and verified by experiment.The RPC that satisfies the strength requirement is prepared by using natural river sand to replace the traditional quartz sand. The compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of RPC under 28 d and 56 d are tested, it is an- alyzed that the influence of curing age, curing condition and steel fiber volume ratio on strength, the steel fiber's enhancement effect ex- pression is fitted by MATLAB based on the experimental data.The results shows that when Vf ranges from 0 to 3%, RPC compressive strength, splitting tensile strength increases with the increasement of Vv The improvement is significant among splitting tensile strength. when Vf ranges from 0 to 2%, splitting tensile strength increases rapidly, the scale of increasement become slow when Vf exceeds 2%.
