摘　　要： 文章以吉首大学化学化工学院为例,从大学生创新性项目外部条件的创设,实践过程,及与考研、就业的关系三个方面阐述了大学生创新性实验项目与大学生成才之间的关系。 Taking the college of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Jishou University as the case, the connection between the college student innovation project and the students＇ growth was described from three respects, i.e. external conditions of the college student innovation project, the construction process of the innovation project, the postgraduate exam and employment.
