摘　　要： 当前,农业院校外语类专业毕业生的职业素质普遍不高,成为制约其职业发展的主要瓶颈。文章从大学生职业素质的基本内涵入手,分析了当前农业院校外语类学生职业素质现状及其成因,并依据《高等学校外国语言文学类专业本科教学质量国家标准》,对提升农业院校外语类专业学生职业素质的主要策略进行了探讨。 At present, the career qualities of foreign language major graduates in agricultural universities are not satisfying in general, which has been the main obstacle of career development. Starting from the fundamental concept in the career qualities of college students, this paper analyzes the current situation about the career qualities of foreign language students in agricultural universities and its main causes. It also explores the main strategies to improve the career qualities of foreign language students in agricultural universities, according to National Standard of Undergraduate Teaching Quality of Foreign Language and Literature majors in Colleges and Universities.
