摘　　要： 探讨同级库存点间的安全库存4种配置模式:1库存点不存放安全库存,但允许横向转运;2库存点各自存储自己的安全库存,且不允许横向转运;3安全库存集中存储到一个点,并进行横向转运;4安全库存集中存储到多个中心点,并进行分组横向转运。以安全库存成本、缺货成本及转运成本构建总成本模型,并通过算例实验对模型进行比较。研究发现:当库存点数量增多时,集中存储与横向转运相结合模型的优势更加明显;当转运距离较大或单位转运成本较高时,多中心点集中存储模式优于单点集中存储模式;库存点间距离、变异系数、单位安全库存成本、单位转运成本和单位缺货成本等参数对策略选择影响较大。 Four kinds of safety stock allocation modes among same level stock locations are discussed in the paper： （1）stock locations do not store safety stock, but allow lateral transfer; （2）,each stock location store their safety stock and does not allow lat- eral transfer; （3）all safety locations are stored in one point, and lateral transshipment is allowed; （4）safety stocks are centralized stored in multiple centers, and grouping lateral transshipment is carried out. It take safe inventory costs, transport costs and the cost of building as the total cost model and through the experimental results to compare the model. The study found ： When an in- crease in the number of stock locations, the advantages of centralized storage and horizontal transport model combining more obvi- ous ; when the high transit transport costs from the unit or larger, multi - center single - point centralized storage mode is superior to centralized storage mode ; stock distances between locations, the coefficient of variation, the unit cost of safety stock, transport unit cost and unit shortage cost parameters have greater impact on policy choices..
