摘　　要： 目前,应用型本科高校教学质量监控体系结构及运行机制仍然存在一些实际问题,其解决对策也莫衷一是。笔者认为,构建应用型人才培养质量监控体系,应树立学科教育与职业教育相融合的理念,创新应用型人才培养模式;确立人才培养全过程的质量控制观,制定教学质量标准与构建监控体系必须与服务地方经济发展相适应;应抓住应用型人才培养监控的关键环节,拓宽教学质量评价分析工作的广度和深度;探索教学质量监测、调控与反馈机制,是教学质量及人才培养质量不断提高的有效保障。 at present,there are some practical problems of application type undergraduate colleges and universities teaching quality monitoring system structure and the operation mechanism of,the countermeasures to solve the problem also unable to agree. The author believes that the construction of applied talents education quality monitoring system,we should set up the concept of integration of science education and vocational education,innovative talents training mode; establish talent cultivation the whole process of quality control,make the teaching quality standard and building monitoring system must be compatible with the local economic development services; should seize the applied talents cultivation monitoring the key link,broaden the teaching quality evaluation and analysis of the breadth and depth of the work; exploring teaching quality monitoring,control and feedback mechanism,is the quality of teaching and talent training and the continuous improvement in the quality of effective protection.
