摘　　要： 通过调查数据,实证研究社会关系领域中的政治关系、商业关系对农业企业关系能力及企业经营绩效的影响。结果表明,管理者社会关系并不直接影响农业企业的经营绩效,但影响企业关系能力,且关系能力在管理者社会关系与农业企业经营绩效的关系中起完全中介作用。研究结论对在农村情境下发展资源基础观有一定的理论意义,对提升企业关系能力、提升农业企业竞争力有着重要的实践价值。 Through empirical research,the impacts of political relation,business relationship in the field of social network on the relational capability and operating performance of agricultural enterprise were discussed. The results show that social relation does not directly affect the operating performance of agricultural enterprise,but affect the relational capability,and the relational capability plays a complete mediation role in the relationship between social relations and operating performance. The conclusion on the resource-based view of the development of rural situation has certain theoretical significance for improving the relational capability,has important practical value for improving enterprise operating performance.
