摘　　要： TRIZ为前苏联发明家根里奇·阿奇舒勒创立的一整套发明创新理论,已在军事、工业、航空航天、机械等领域得到广泛的应用,但目前在农业和食品领域应用较少。本研究以果汁杀菌问题为例,应用TRIZ理论得到了解决果汁杀菌中存在的技术矛盾和物理矛盾的技术创新原理和方法,提出了改善果汁杀菌效果的新思路。 The TRIZ theory system was established by Genrich S. Altshuller, a former Soviet inventor. TRIZ has been widely used and plays an important role for the innovation in the military, industrial, aerospace, mechanical and other fields. The current application is gradually expanding, but there is little application in the field of agriculture and food. To solve the technology of juice sterilization, the technology and the physical contradictions application of TRIZ was used, and some new ideas to solute the problem were presented.
