摘 要: 通过对柔性夹具浮动平台转动和平移的分析研究 ,推导出浮动平台表面位移测量值与浮动平台实际位移的关系 ,据此关系式计算出实际位移的近似解。为尽量消除浮动平台实际位移与测量值之间存在的位移测量误差 ,在柔性夹具控制器设计中采取软件补偿方式保证控制精度。 The relations between measurement value of displacement of a floating platform surface and actual displacement of the floating platform are concluded by analyzing rotation and translation of the floating platform of a compliant fixture. Approximate solutions of actual displacement are worked out according to the relations.The software compensating method is taken to ensure control precision in order to elimilate measurement error of displacement between actual displacement and measurement value of the displacement of the floating platform.
