摘　　要： 罗洛·梅继承并融合了欧洲的存在主义哲学与心理学思想,开创了美国的存在分析学与存在心理治疗。罗氏通过对人的存在的整体理解与研究,倡导人们发展强烈的存在感,加强自我觉察能力,重新发现自我存在的价值。罗氏分析了导致现代社会人们心理混乱的根源,提出整合式的存在治疗方案,帮助人们自由地觉知与体验其潜在价值,他还试图寻求神话与人类生活的积极联系,实现人类生活的整合力量。罗洛·梅平衡了自由与责任的关系,强调发展个体的内在潜能、活力与力量,诉求人格的完整发展,彰显了人本主义的特色。尽管罗氏的存在主义思想具有乌托邦的救赎色彩,但对于当代社会具有积极的启发意义与价值,推动了建设性的存在心理学的发展与深化。 Rollo May had integrated European existential philosophy and existential psychology,thus the birth of existential analysis and existential psychotherapy.Through an overall understanding of human existence,May advocated that people should develop awareness of existence,strengthen self-awareness,and rediscover self-value.May analyzed the cause of psychological disorder in modern society and proposed integrated existential psychotherapy to help people freely acquire and discover the potential value.He also tried to seek an active connection between myths and human life to acquire an integrated force in human life.May somewhat achieved the balance between freedom and responsibility though emphasizing the development of the individual＇ sinternal potential,vigor and strength to meet the need of developing an integrated personality and revealing the nature of humanism.Although May＇s existential thought has the inclination of Utopian redemption,it can function as a reference for the constructive development of modern and contemporary existential psychology.
