摘 要: 教师教育的"学术性"与"师范性"以及延伸开来的"理论取向"与"实践取向"一直是争论的焦点,这也直接影响了教师教育改革的深入有效开展。基于博耶的学术思想,从教学学术的视角,可突破传统关于学术研究的思维,厘清教师教育独特的学术本质,解决教师教育传统性的矛盾问题;通过借助教学学术的知识结构及理论和实践生成层面的互动机制理论,重构教师教育的知识体系并进一步优化人才培养体系,可有效促进教师教育的改革与发展。 The focuses of debates in the field of teaching education have been the relationship between the academic and the practical orientation of teacher education, which directly constrain the implementation of teacher education reform. Based on Boyer's theory, the traditional definition of scholarship should be reconsidered and the clear eomprehension of the unique academic nature of teacher education is the key to solve the conflicts in the traditional discussion. The theory about interaction between knowledge structure and theory-practice production paves the way to reconstruct the knowledge system of teacher education and to the optimization of talent training system, which could enhance the development and transformation of teacher education.
