摘　　要： 2015年11月27日,国务院关于进一步推进农垦改革发展的意见正式发布,在新形势下,农垦作为国有农业经济的骨干和代表,承担着实现和推进中国特色新型农业现代化的重要历史使命。作者结合多年从事农垦企业经营人才培训的经验,从搜集调研数据入手,针对农垦企业经营管理人才现状、问题,结合影响农垦企业人才培养发展的外在因素和内在机制体制的分析,提出在新形势下农垦企业经营管理人才培养的新思路。 A document about promoting the reform and development of state farm was issued by State Council on Nov. 27th 2015. As a hard core of the agricultural economy, state farm enterprises undertake the important histori- cal mission of realizing and promoting the new agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics. With many years engaged in managerial personnel training experience in state farm enterprises, The author collected research data about current situation and task of managerial personnel in state farm enterprises, explored inner and outer mechanism of personnel training and provided new reason of personnel training mode in state farm enterprises un- der new conditions.
